Domino's Pizza - Denver

It seems that customer service is no longer a priority here. Our meal was disappointing—small portions and served cold. When we called to address the issue, the young lady (who I later learned was the manager) was extremely rude and hung up on my son. When I called back, she was even more confrontational. This all happened on Tuesday, and we’re still trying to get assistance but feel completely ignored. My advice? If you value good customer service, look elsewhere because this place is terrible!

The pizza I ordered was undercooked. When I called to address the issue, the staff dismissed my concerns and insisted I was mistaken, even though I was staring at an uncooked pizza.

The pepperoni on my pizza had a strange taste, which I suspect might be due to some sort of cleaner or degreaser. I highly recommend staying away from this place; it could be either gross negligence on the part of the staff or something much more serious.

I have been working at a really good domino’s location for over seven years, so I am confident that this location is $h1t. I ordered a pizza for picking up and when I showed up to get it, there was no wobble on it. So I asked, where is the mist? the young who works theke who would not even make eye contact, said: "we are out of the wobbles. I looked around and I could look at the makeline. I took the pizza and went out. this is not the first time that I was lied to in this loading, but it is the last; I won't be back. I spoke to the administration before, but they are completely infected and I am happy to take my money elsewhere. I know from the experience that their failures are attributed to the bad property. standards are set and enforced from above, and these youngs put the bar very low.

Took my order and took my money, then called me an hour later to tell me they couldn't deliver the order. Nice.
