Chow Morso Osteria - Denver

The food was mediocre. Despite the high rating on this app, I had higher expectations. I didn't complain or inform the restaurant because I assumed they were trying their best. The service provided by the server was excellent.

I had a delightful experience at CM during restaurant week. The service was excellent, the wine pairings were phenomenal, and the dishes were really great overall. However, there were a couple of negatives: the prosciutto and puff pastry appetizer could have used more prosciutto, and the pork was slightly dry and needed more seasoning. Despite these minor issues, the bolognese was amazing, the wine pairings were perfect, the dessert donuts were awesome, and the steak was fantastic. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I can't wait to go back!

The three courses were all delicious! I just wish the portions were a bit bigger, but I am always hungry.

Great place to celebrate my sisters birthday, the service was outstanding and we had a cheese/pasta dish that was incredible. Would definitely go back!

We have now lived in the Union Station neighborhood for a year, and our local favorite is definitely Chow Morso. Casual yet finely crafted food, spectacular wine list, and our favorite sommelier Ben. They even have good gluten free pasta. Can't go wrong!
