Great eating in a very nice environment. we're going back!

Has been the same situation several times in the last two years. this time (jan. 2023) food quality not close to what it was earlier. maybe down? e.g. wagyu skewers undercooked, general cho dumplings were acidic salty dumplings too thick. french onion soup dumplings were a bit corrupted. sushi hamachi was great! (ordered 2.) pork belt Bao-Bums were really good. special cocktail was missing balance and could not have the various ingredients on the menu. service is great!

The service was amazing. our server recommended some great dishes. he also went beyond and beyond and took stupid pictures of me and my friend. the food and the drinks were also just wonderful. then they'll come back!

Eating was incredible, delicious items on the menu with exchangeable tellers for all the table. Unfortunately I give these 3 stars because the service was not the biggest. our waitress was super abrasive and not the kindest. we have recommended, but it felt like we were disturbing them. while eating most of the time took place, she had to go near the end of our meal and we were out with another waiter who had forgotten us most of the time. we ordered donuts as our gloomy and she originally said that they are calculated because we celebrated a birthday, but then they said that they burned the first batch of donuts and calculated them from this reason and not because of the birthday bill. they have not even brought a candle into the way we saw for other tables in the night. overall eating is tasty, but the service was not ready to compare with what we saw elsewhere. from this reason we will not return to this place in the future.

I have been here twice. The first time was overall a good to very good experience all around (service, food, ambiance). I came back for dinner with a small group of co-workers and food was good but they were out of 5 of their menu items (around 20% of the menu). We had two servers who seemed to not communicate. One of them was particularly terse when we asked to keep our menus (we had not placed our order yet). They told us they were out of the dumplings and we wouldn’t get our order… as we were eating the dumplings we ordered. Additionally the service was pretty slow and disjointed. I really did enjoy the food and plan to try again, any place can have an off night.
