China Chef - Denver

Ordered Bourbon Chicken combo. The veggies were well seasoned and tasted great. The chicken and bourbon sauce was quite good and it is hard to find this dish in Denver (period, end of that story) where it is even close to tasting like bourbon chicken should taste. I started making this dish at home cause it 's a favorite of mine. I honestly almost didn 't order cause I came in at noon and there is not a ' lunch special ' so to speak. There is a 'combo ' special that has egg roll fried rice and vegetable that comes with the main course and this is like the lunch special. I am happy I ordered because this dish is delicious. It was completely empty in here when I ordered so I would be interested to see how one of the more traditional Chinese dishes are and maybe at an hour where they are kind of busy. So far, great experience here. I 'll update when I try a second time! Thanks for the awesome lunch!

I had the tofu and lo mein combo. I'm like 95% vegan and just on Sundays I eat fish but this is my first time trying tofu and it was pretty good. I would say I'm new to this but so far I like this diet it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be. And it was quick service I waited 10 minutes I think but it was really good food.
