Contribuiți la feedbackEating is expected from the service in the running gear is extremely slow. they have traveled three times in the last month and have waited 15, 20 and 23 minutes in the journey through. the last time was today, and every time they blame it on their frit, don't work. only me, but I'll call bs.
The managerin had her mask hanging on an earlobe. cashier had fucked her under her kinn. only one chef wore it right. manager said sh#t, every time she made a mistake, regularly. nuggets were cold, taken from a plastic container. will not go back. terrible.
My family and I went into this establishment tonight and our horrible experience started as soon as we walked in. We stood there for a least a good couple of minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Finally the guy that was upfront said he would be with us in a moment. He started to come and greet us even though apparently he wasn 't the normal cashier), but then turned his back to us and continue to focus on the drive thru orders which mind you they had someone working that station). Once he finally came to take our order, he was still so distracted with everything going on to focus on taking our order. Mind you his name tag said G.Money which is unprofessional and childish), not his actual name. After paying for our order, he asked us to sign the receipt and would you believe they did not have an ink pen for me to sign my name! So G Money started looking for pen and the other employees said to use a penny or your fingernail to sign a receipt. How can you run a business and not be prepared regardless of what situation you are in. After that we requested to know who the store manager is. Our order came up without being announced they announced every other order when it came up). While eating, we noticed employees on their cell phones, talking when they should be working, and several other things. G Money was wishing everyone a good night but when we were leaving out the door, we were not told anything. This is such an unprofessional, disrespectful, unorganized establishment who will not get my businesses again. Customer service is so important working in restaurants or any job profession that deals with the public. You need to get your act together Burger King! If I could not even leave a star I would do that!
To be honest eating here is ok. The food taste great but it's not enough food for what your paying for. You can spend $10 on a meal but when you get it you think it's a kids meal. The burgers are really small for the amount of money for a good meal. When you finish eating your still hungry then that's another money. My honest opinion food here should cost way less than what they cost. Not a food experience for me at Burger King.
When I asked about my chicken biscuit, she closed the window and rolled her eyes, making annoyed expressions while speaking to another employee. I couldn't hear what she was saying, but it was clear that my request frustrated her. The second staff member, who told me to pull forward, was even less courteous. A large truck was parked in front of me, making it difficult to navigate around it. When I brought this up, she simply dismissed me, saying it wasn't her problem and that I should park in a designated spot, then closed the window on me. While she did use polite words like "please" and "hun," her attitude and tone were far from friendly. If this were my business, I would want to address such behavior.
