Brixx Wood-fired Pizza Northfield Stapleton

We went to dinner for a girl's night to have a good time and enjoy us. We decided to share the invoice 4 ways and make it easy. We have left a CASH tip on table and come to find our server decided to add $5 to each of our credit cards! Totally inappropriate and respectless to the right! I will return to this restaurant! Some people are very low today!

They didn't have the reservation, so they weren't ready for the big party. Then to serve only an inexperienced waiter 10 of us, although there are others available. No smile. No favors. Disappoint.

I have 2 hours in advance for a group of 18. Service was attentive and flexible as members of our group arrived in bundles and held moving seats. They were happy to keep individual tabs and then people on bills at the end of the night. My pizza was very delicious. Everyone seemed to enjoy his meals. The only strange hint was when my 45-year-old cousin couldn't order a beer because he had no ide. Apparently, the manager was the only one who allowed drinks to be ordered without id and he wasn't quick to help cope with the situation.

The bar was absolutely RUDE. The service was subpar. If you asked for everything, it would be received over 5 min. It wasn't exhausting that we went to a break. Just not pleasant. Like we're disturbing her. Not recommended or back!

They were completely understaffed and when I showed up with a reservation for 12, they missed my reservation and did not have a table for my party. Multiple parties were waiting to talk to the manager for various reasons. Luckily, a party of 20 never showed up, but we had to convince the manager to give us their table (they were 45 minutes late for their reservation). Overall, the experience was just ok and I probably will not be back.
