Basil Doc's Pizzeria - Denver

Such a great place!! Every recipe starts from scratch that being said it will take a little while for your dish to be cooked. This specific location is mostly a take out place but they have 3 small tables and you can see how the entire cooking process. Place is also nice and cozy and staff is awesome. The food has a really great flavor and very organic ingredients plus the price is totally right. I would come back for more food its definitely a MUST to go there.

Oh man, don't get me started. No idea why I never thought to come here and write this but I'm glad Google has led me. Very little in my more than two years in the Denver area compares to this location of Basil Doc's Pizza. The staff, who I've actually watched change once, are always upbeat and friendly while they serve your needs. Calling ahead is a good idea, to see if they're busy at the moment, but the experience is always enjoyable. If you're lucky, you'll catch the owner there doing some quick task before he heads out again. Mike is a very nice guy. The food is always great and the choices of ingredients, well, nobody can compare to. I like the occasional shrimp and artichoke with feta cheese pizza, sure. That's just an example. Go and visit. Enjoy yourself. Walk up, drive up, spend some time out front and relax.

The ingredients make the pizza and this place uses the best in my opinion. Ive tried pretty much every pizza joint in denver and always come back to basil docs because of the quality. It is a little more expensive but you do get what you pay for.

Really great pizza (and I love pizza! . Its so good, I've only gotten as far as the Large Pepperoni. Really nice folks there too.

Love this place! It's take out only with FRESH ingredients and they'll make anything you crave! We order a few times a month and have always enjoyed the pie.
