Patxi's Pizza Cherry Creek - Denver

We had a great experience at Lamb Sandwich Manhattan. The service was exceptional, and we particularly appreciated our server who noticed that I was savoring my cocktail slowly. The drink was perfectly chilled and delicious.

The pork chop is consistently great but is often undercooked, so I always have to request for it to be cooked longer. Unfortunately, tonight it was still undercooked. This has been a recurring issue.

This restaurant has received a lot of hype, so perhaps my expectations were too high, but I was not impressed. Let's begin with the ambiance of the restaurant.
