Marco's Pizza - Denton

I love marco's pizza but I think I'm going to stay away from Marcos on University. This one is little bit too busy for me. My pizza was not done at my approximate up time but almost 20 minutes after. This was a week day. They were very busy and it was not their fault. For me I'm too busy trying to balance kids and work and home to waste 20 minutes standing there. But I still love your pizza. But I'm just gonna go Teasley location next time.

Every pizza I get from here tastes great, albeit I've only gotten it a few times... but it's always absolutely swimming in grease. Last time, it soaked right through the bottom of the box!

The customer service I received was top notch. I ordered quite a few pizzas and the young man that waited on me carried them all to my truck. I came back about an hour later to get more and he remembered the truck, so before I could even get out, he was already bringing them out to me. Awesome!!

Undoubtedly the nicest, cleanest classic style thrift shop in north Denton. I have actually been able to score good clothes here since 1997, when I moved back to my childhood home town from Houston, Texas.

If I could give 0 stars, I sure would!! Ordered 2 pizza bowls today, one was literally 1/8 thick and burnt to a crisp and other one was nothing but completely raw onions. Neither one was edible. Called the store, spoke to on shift manager. When asked what could be done to rectify this so we had something for dinner that we could actually eat, he responded with I made them so I know they are right and since I did nothing wrong, there is nothing I can or will do for you. This is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I will be contacting the GM tomorrow when he comes in and let him know what kind of customer service driven managers he does NOT have working for him!! We have ate Marco 's in many different areas of the country but this one is the worst ever. Just moved to this area and can mark Marco 's off the list of places we will be visiting. Horrible experience!
