I'm absolutely horrified how the owner treated my parents. they've been coming here for over 30 years. they came to dinner to celebrate high-time anniversary there. my father has parkinson and uses a walker and has a very hard time to foot. it was easier for my father to sit outside and not go so far. they sat on an outside table and the waitress said she would bring them table settings. the owner came over and shouted at them and said, "I told you we don't do outside the restaurant." my mother replied that my man has the walker and we didn't want to be in the way and they didn't tell us that. he said: “You know how many people have wanderers!” how can you dare to pay customers on those wise who have supported you through the pandemic and for 30 plus years! it is unthinkable and unmanned. they will never come back to their restaurant! either our family members and friends and I will make sure of it. you should be ashamed and how you treated her!

We have always enjoyed dining at Gina's, but tonight we were disappointed. The dinners were not hot, the pace was slow, the salad was lackluster, the dessert was cake, and the coffee was burned. However, our waitress was excellent. It seemed like she was embarrassed by our complaints. We truly love Gina's, but we're wondering what's going on with the quality tonight.

I saw the restaurant owner rudely mistreating an elderly couple who were seated outside. Their server had mistakenly given them permission to sit there, but the owner raised his voice and told them they had to move inside. The man was using a walker. My family has been loyal patrons of this restaurant for years, but after witnessing this unacceptable behavior, we will not be returning.

The food and service at this restaurant are top-notch. Although it is a small venue, it can get noisy when busy. It is conveniently located near the water, but unfortunately, there is no view.

Horrible experience. Bad food. Bad service. Like eating in a barn. Avoid!!
