Denmark Tavern Restaurant

Brought the family here for lunch after a funeral. It was just perfect. The food was good, the staff were helpful, particularly the young girl behind the bar. They put up with us virtually tking over the dining area and kept the fire cranking.

Enjoyed a lovely meal by the warm fire. Service was polite and friendly. Meals were quick and tasty. Kids were welcome. Also nice to have nuggets and the parmi made from real chicken, so many don't anymore.

Over priced! I really wish Taverns/Pubs that offer Pub food would not charge restaurant prices because after all you are not a Restaurant!!

Cold and wet outside, warm and cosy in the Denmark Tavern Restaurant.The wood fire glowed as we enjoyed a beer and wine before lunch arrived.We were first in but within half an hour the most tables were occupied.Our Surf and Turf arrived in good time. Totally delicious. Steak was done to our liking, salad and fries fresh and enjoyable.A diverse menu and good service.

We chose the tavern as we were staying in the fantastic motel next door. The food was served quickly, family eating place so children were running around being noisy. We didn't stay long or order any drinks. We just ate our meal and left. The fish and chips was nothing to rave about.staff were friendly. We only stayed one night in Denmark and would not of eaten at the tavern a second night if we had stayed longer.
