Too many 6 foot tall children hanging around outside in balaclavas. Not quite the ambience I look for in a restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

A worker finished cleaning and mopping the toilet floors , carried the mop broom round the restaurant where people was eating and then proceeded to go behind the counter and handle food without washing her hands. the smell of stale urine wafted through the restaurant and followed the lady round and I watched a few people leave to finish their food in their car. I visited this restaurant three times between September and November, but unfortunately, each time the food was either lukewarm or very dry, likely due to being kept for too long after cooking. I thought they had a policy about that? The service was subpar, and overall the experience was disappointing. This restaurant is more suitable for a quick takeout option for lunch.
