Horrible customer service. Sandwich was sloppy and not made correctly as I requested.

I asked for the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and asked for the ranch on the side (they usually put too much). So I receive the sandwich and it has ranch on it. I asked for a remake and this is what I received. I guess because they were closing the jerk didn’t want to remake my sandwich when it was his mistake in the first place. Spent $30 at this place for this type of service. I will not be retuning to this place, only for my refund.

The subs at this place are fantastic. I won't go anywhere else for subs. I took my sister there for her birthday and now she only wants subs from here too. I highly recommend trying the hook and ladder sub. It was recommended to me by someone from Canada. Parking availability varies depending on the time of day. The restaurant next door is also quite popular.

The sandwich was delicious, the service was great, and the restaurant was clean. However, parking may be limited during busy meal times as there are other restaurants nearby.

The only reason I’m giving one star is so I can give a review. On Sunday Sep 24 6pm at this specific location I ordered Hot Smoke BBQ sandwich and also I ordered a Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich. There was NO Barbecue Sauce and the sandwich was Cold on my Supposedly HOT Smoke Barbecue brisket sub. And on my Turkey Bacon Ranch sun the Bacon was RAW!!! I’m sure NOT all Firesub locations are disgusting like this one and I have a lot of respect and appreciate for the firefighters that own these establishments. But they really need to look into this location because if I could of have I wouldn’t have given a single star to this location but then I wouldn’t have been able to give a review
