Domino's Pizza - Denham Springs

I really enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant, especially the thicker crust. The chicken Alfredo bread bowls were also delicious. And don't even get me started on the amazing chocolate lava cakes - they are a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Driver Charles is absolutely amazing! My husband and I make it a point to order from this restaurant once a month for lunch on his weekday off, and we have never been let down. Our order always arrives promptly, is accurate, and still hot. We have had the pleasure of having Charles deliver our food twice now, and he is always kind, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. It seems like our positive experiences may be due to ordering during the day on weekdays, as opposed to weekend evenings. We just want to highlight that there are some wonderful, competent employees at this location, and it's not fair to judge the entire restaurant based on negative reviews. We are happy to continue supporting this restaurant.

When I called to place another order, I was directed to a person named Summer, who identified herself as the manager, only to deny it later. Summer informed me that there was no credit attached to my account and refused to add it, citing a previous order from 4 days ago as the reason. She was extremely rude and condescending, and despite my request to speak with a manager, she declined to provide me with a corporate number to escalate the issue. In my opinion, Summer's behavior was unacceptable. Whether she is the manager or not, she lacks the proper training to handle customer concerns effectively. I strongly believe that she may have been the one who promised to add the credit but later forgot about it. However, she firmly denied the possibility of any mistake on their end. Overall, I would advise others to order from a different restaurant if they prefer not to wait endlessly for incorrect orders.

This location seems to always get my order correct! No issues or problems here. Great job!!!

The pizza was tough and overcooked, the cinnamon bread was extremely hard, and the chicken wings were also tough. Additionally, they gave us sauces that we didn't order and charged us for them.
