Chick-fil-a - Denham Springs

I really like Chick-fil-A sandwiches. Was not happy with the last one I got the bottom bun that had the pickles and tomatoes on it was soggy and cold. The chicken was hot in the top bun it was good. I am assuming because they are so busy that they set upthe bottom buns with the pickles and tomatoes and lettuce on them which causes them to be cold and soggy.

Food was great as always. Didn't get the dipping sauces this time though. The staff has always been great and always greet you with a smile. But this particular visit... the girls at the pick up window were having a somewhat loud conversation, laughing joking about someone overdosing. It just wasn't an appropriate topic for the time place.

Food is usually real good. I do find sometimes they don't do the little extra that other Chick-fil-A's do. When you pay $7 for 12 nuggets you expect a good serving. If they're a little small I've had as many as 14 in a box at other locations. Recently gota 12 box as you can see one of them they counted does not qualify as a nugget to me. Lol It was 90% crust and some others weresmall. They we're tasty but kind of feel like you just didn't get your money's worth for that price occasionally.

Ordered a fried chicken deluxe sandwich with mac&cheese and the sandwich was impeccable. The mac&cheese bowl was good but not my favourite. All in all I love eating there and will be returning.

The food is always delicious and this chick fil a has never gotten my order wrong so I have never felt the need to check it. This last time there wasn't in the bags. Not really a huge deal just a little disappointing since when I go there I can'ttypically turn around to go back if something is wrong since I'm leaving that area.
