Fuel Shack (ioi City Mall) - Dengkil

I visited the restaurant with my friends and was not very impressed with the food. It did not seem very fresh, but the service was good. The staff was friendly, but the food quality definitely needs improvement.

I found that the dishes at this branch tasted better in terms of sauce and fried items compared to the Dokki I had at One Utama. The French chicken with sauce and the wonton stuffed with chicken meat were my favorite items, but they were very sinful and oily.

At first, it was alright, but the table was a bit cramped and the plates were small. There weren't many drink options available, only lemon tea, lychee syrup, and ice water. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we saw a cockroach crawling around while we were eating, which was very disgusting. The cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking and serious measures need to be taken to improve it.

Really enjoyed their unlimited buffet concept where you can take various vegetables, rice cakes and fish balls to your main pot. They also had additional dishes such as chicken wings, fries, kimmari and even rice and noodles. There are 4 selection of spices that you can choose from but you can always add water to ease the spice. Ice Lemon tea, lychee tea and cold water was available. Price was reasonable for lunch which was around 35-40 ringgit per pax. One thing that I wish to see on improvement is the quality of their '떡 ' their rice cakes especially the normal one as it wasn 't fresh nor that chewy. Usually they tend to melt or fall apart quickly if they 're left in the freezer for a prolonged period of time. Overall, I really enjoyed this place and do hope to visit again in the near future! :

I love all the food here, 4 star bcs no extra plate and got 6 type of water tapi ada 3 jenis je sebenarnya. Which is green tea, ice lemon tea and plain water. The rest, ambience is good, space bit cramped. I love the dookki sause and staff helpful if you were first time, they will suggest to you.cheese ring bit pricey i guess
