A place that does not lack charm. Nevertheless, we were nevertheless understanding and patient. All this charm is spoiled by more than mediocre service. I'm sorry for the waitress but we should work harder, know the dishes. There are 5 dishes on the menu, she can't even describe the sauce that goes with them. It creates an embarrassment which was palpable during our dinner, incessant back and forth, lack of knowledge of the menu and wines, order error... what a massacre. In addition to this service which nevertheless punctuates the atmosphere in this room devoid of sound. The dishes are unique, each of us were shocked, we can do better than that in our kitchen. I had a flank steak with a ready-made shallot sauce and a “vegetable” side dish which was carrots and potatoes since when is potato a vegetable? It doesn’t provide any culinary skills. Then an uncooked maroilles chicken and frozen fries. How to ruin and spoil such a place full of character... such a shame...

Very helpful and warm greetings from the reception, parking available on site, the apartment was clean and had everything necessary to look for a teenage family. Sit very close to numerous remnants and bars with much to see and do.

Very rude staff behind the bar. It was raining outside, we were with 2 babies, and we have been waiting outside for more than 30 mins to get a seat. We understand it was busy because of braderie de Lille, so the waiting was fine. However, when the rain became heavier , the kind but over worked male staff outside told us that we can go inside which was completely empty, but the lady behind the bar told us to get out again into the rain after we just carried heavy trolleys upstairs by ourselves. This despite us and the male staff member asking her again and telling about the rain. We left after she did let French people sit inside and we still weren’t helped outside in the rain. Total was 1 hour wasted. Be smart, don’t waste your time by going there
