Cocky Rooster Cafe - Deltona

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and my daughter, who accompanied me for breakfast, recommended it. The food was outstanding, and we both made excellent selections from the menu. The service was impressive, and the restaurant was tidy and well-maintained. It was a refreshing change from my usual breakfast spots, which are typically more casual diners. This place offered a more upscale experience with its food options.

We are from Winter Garden and stumbled upon the Cocky Rooster Cafe while looking for a place to eat. This restaurant is exceptional! The breakfast was fantastic, with everything cooked to perfection. I had the best hash browns I've ever tasted. I ordered the Pastelon Omelette, and I’m thrilled that I did. My wife had the pumpkin pancakes, and she said they were delicious as well. Our server (I wish I had caught her name) was wonderful—she was accommodating, friendly, and professional. It’s clear that the owner and staff take great pride in their work, as the restaurant was immaculate and well-organized. I highly recommend the Cocky Rooster Cafe!

Cocky Rooster is just an average restaurant now. It used to be a hidden gem that I could have easily visited every day, but that's no longer the case. The food has declined to mediocrity and is no longer impressive. After experiencing mediocre home fries this morning and receiving subpar service, I don’t plan on returning. In the past, they only had two servers, and I remember one of them was named Doug. Now they have 5 to 7 women on the staff, yet they still struggle to refill coffee. I'm really disappointed by this change.

Tried it for the first time today and loved it. The service was great, the food was fantastic and it has a nice home dinner feel. I decided to try something different and got the Banana Fosters French toast and it was AMAZING. Highly recommend thisplace if you're in the area.

I absolutely love the Cocky Rooster! It's one of my favorite spots for a delicious breakfast. The customer service is fantastic, and my friend from Barcelona enjoyed it just as much. She returned the following month and specifically asked me to take her back to the Cocky Rooster. I genuinely enjoy all the food they offer. I highly recommend it!
