I stopped for a quick bite and got the Fried Brussels Sprouts. Absolutely delicious and service was unbelievably fast. I can't wait until I'm in the Lansing area during service so I can try more menu items.

I just ate my first gouda grilled cheese on sourdough. It was amazing!! I want to try the vegan grilled cheese next.

This truck did a breakfast event for my business today and KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! The owner said this was the first time doing a breakfast service and it couldn't have been better. All of my staff enjoyed it. Looking forward to having them back for our next event.

Finally tried Picnic. SO GOOD!!! I had the Grilled Gouda sandwich. perfectly grilled. Crispy and buttery on the outside and melty and perfectly seasoned on the inside. I'm obsessed!
