I ordered online and once I arrived at the subway they were closed despite it being 5:30 pm and their listed closing time being 9. I was frustrated but thought I’d just get a refund and move happily on with my life. I emailed the subway and the owner of the subway had the audacity to say that “they were closed in accordance to their posted hours of operation”. First of all no. Second of all why are you taking mobile orders if you’re closed. And thirdly this person refused to refund me for $11 and has since been ignoring my emails. Subway sucks anyway.

Tuna sub on cheese bread was delicious. Older gentleman was very friendly. Helps a lot when explaining order.

I ordered a sandwich through the app the other night and it was horrible. I had included very specific instructions on how to make the sandwich in regards to light amounts of certain vegetables, sauces, etc… and it appears as though the “artist” ignored all the directions and just slapped it together. I could not even take more than a couple bites before I had to throw it away. Complained to corporate and all they said was “we will pass this information off to the store” even though I paid through the app. Completely ridiculous. I will never eat at this location again. If you are getting a sub go to firehouse subs up the road or find a different subway or you’ll regret it.
