Dairy Queen (treat) - Delray Beach

Fantastic place! Great ice cream great service everyone is so nice! got a banana split and it was huge! Definitely worth the money , don’t let the other reviews scare you off ,give them a try ! Will be coming back.

Not only is the medium cup $5.55 . I paid nearly $1.00 more for extra cookies for my cookies and cream blizzard. The young kid who I assumed is the manager made my blizzard and put a lid on it with kind of caught my attention because I remember blizzards having toppings of the flavor you ordered. Long story short. I just left because obviously I received my order packed to go lol. Get in car unwrap my unwanted wrap blizzard I just paid $6.87 for a medium to eat on way home as everybody does having a fat person moment. I’m expecting my blizzard to be big chunks of cookie as knowing I just paid for extra cookies. My blizzard was disappointing not one rice size cookie. On the apple eve ate my expensive medium wrapped up cookies and cream with extra paid for cookies was say the least. Very vanillaly if that’s understandable ice talk for you Queens that distribute this dairy product. It was noticeable that it was poor on the cookie part of the cookie and cream blizzard which was too much of a fair price but that’s another conversation. I turn all the way back thinking this young gentleman simply forgot to add yet alone add my paid for extra toppings. This younger kid who I’m pretty sure is the manager is persistent on telling me the cup I’m showing him from my hands that I received from him minutes ago is in my words extra any day in America. I kept calm and gently repeated to this child you can see it’s to white for it to be extra paid for cookies and cream’s blizzard. He was rude, not understanding, arrogant, ****, can tell very unlikable. Literally gave me a hard time for nothing and the proof was in puddling. Not cool suck that to enjoy something so enjoyable that I have deal with a very not cool person who can literally change your whole mood from good to just not in an ice cream mood anymore. Hopefully they find a better position for him because dealing or interacting with guest that choose Dairy Queen’s in such a competitive business as serving ice cream. You can literally name 5 off top of your head with no effort. That’s besides the point. Love you guys and know you will take action. Trust in you guys. Dairy Queen feel like I joined the Royal family . The date this issue occurred with me and this jit was August 15, 2023 around 8pm eastern time

Very good service. Food was delicious. Restaurant was extremely clean.

I love going to Dairy Queen to get soft serve cone with CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES or a blizzard. I also get my dog a pup cup. THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ONLY CARRIES RAINBOW SPRINKLES NOT CHOCOLATE. I have repeatedly requested they get chocolate sprinkles. So far no luck. Will not purchase from them if I can’t order what I like, I will no longer go there for our ice cream treats. I also think it is poorly managed.

Very busy spot for frozen dairy treats. Busy staff on a Saturday night quickly and accurately our order.
