Burgerfi - Delray Beach

First timer, Malcolm and staff were very professional and friendly. The decor was very clean, the food was amazing... Exceptional customer service. Continue in Excellance. Have been going to this location for years. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger and 5 piece nuggets. The burger tasted like they added no seasoning to the meat. It was noticeably terrible compared to what I am used to from burger fi. The chicken, which is usually fairly moist and well seasoned, was bland and very dry. I am disappointed by my experience and will have to think hard about giving another chance as this food tasted worse than the main chain fast food places that I hate going to.

Foods alright, can come really greasy sometimes. They could also easily do more vegan type food items like chicken fingers, chicken sandwich, hotdogs and even your milkshakes. But I get vegan items can be more expensive so it's alright I guess. ? Service was service you could tell no one wanted to be there but they've got a job to do and they did it well so I can't complain? need to change the atmosphere a little. All burgerfi's are the same and it's starting to get a little stale...floors were clean but bathrooms were a little gross ??

**Update:** They reached out to me, issued a refund, and mentioned they would discuss the matter with their staff, which was a nice and unexpected gesture. I will give them another try at a later date!

I had the best experience at BurgerFi! Shaneika and Nieisha were incredibly friendly and prepared our food exactly as we requested. Everything was served hot and delicious! No one makes better fries!
