Tippy's Restaurant Bar - Delphi

I'm from Wisconsin and have made an effort to stop here when I'm in the area. Tippy's has the best catfish I have ever had! The server has been wonderful. I have lived in the area for about two years now, and I used to really love going to this place, but lately the quality of the food has gone downhill. Take out service has let me down 2 times in a row, received a pizza without any sauce this time! Called to discuss the issue received an employee who said “sorry you had a bad food” he was going to hang up..I was like no remake suggestion, refund credit?!?!? Waiting to hear from the owner.
