I don't live near this practice, but know that the drive is worth it. I don't regret and don't hesitate to bring my concisely worrying part to Dr. Frank's practice for his medical care. Your practice is a Godsend. Dr. Frank and her staff are the best I met in terms of veterinary care in the country. It is thoughtful, diligent, patient and friendly. Your staff also follows the suit. You take the time to hear your concerns and address them. Despite the employees they can get, they never act in a flood or dismissal with you. Praise in any language cannot convey how great they are in terms of customer service and medical knowledge skills. The sentences of practice are also very reasonable and fair. I believe anyone seeking services at Horizon Veterinary Services will receive exceptional value for every dollar he spends there. I know that they are also very, very honest, because I have offered to pay everything for x-type of service, and she has politely said that some were unnecessary on the basis of their medical assessment and offered medically sound pragmatic ways to deal with the problems of my furry-loaf child.
