My food was sloppy, my fries were way too salty and when I asked for some without salt the girl seemed upset so I put the food down on the counter and walked away!!!!! Last time at this location

I initially placed an order through the drive-thru, providing the cashier a four-digit code from the app indicating a 20% discount. Before finalizing the order, I inquired if my discount was applicable, and the cashier confirmed it was valid after $10 purchases. Towards the end of the order, I asked if I could redeem points for an ice cream cone along with the discount, to which the cashier suggested splitting the order into two to accommodate both discount code. The total mentioned was $22.92. However, upon checking the receipt while waiting, I noticed a charge of $28.66. I went to the front desk, I was initially ignored, then informed that I didn't use the 20% off, nothing could be done. Despite explaining the situation, a staff member, possibly influenced by racial bias, dismissed me, ask me to handle the issue on my own.Poor customer service, miscommunication, and a lack of responsiveness from the staff. The handling of the discount issue, combined with the disrespectful behavior and potential racial bias, is concerning.

I went for lunch and got the buy one, get one for a dollar deal. I asked for two quarter pounders with big mac sauce. They gave me them with bacon. My wife stopped there 6 hours later and they didnt give her the 10 peice nugget she got, but gave her the honey mustard sauces. Just sad that a place takes zero pride in service.

Gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. I had specific details for it, and I got the regular version by mistake. I should have checked it before leaving the store.
