Café Brinkmeier - Delbrueck

I visited the Cafe Brinkmeier in Delbrück during a two-day motorcycle tour. It is located in Delbrück a little rural and a well-attended resting place for many cyclists who visit the nearby nature reserve Steinhorster Becken. It is like many western-fälische Hofcafes a farm house built in a specialized building that has been developed over the years into a restaurant/hoofcafe. The selection of drinks (hot and cold) and cakes remained within the usual framework. The outdoor and garden seats were well maintained. The service was friendly and the dishes offered were delicious.

The food was average, not a highlight. The service is very attentive and friendly. Ambience excellent, just like the location at the nearby Steinhorster Becken.

Yesterday, after a round around the Steinhorster Becken at Café Brinkmeier. We sat out in the very nice beer garden. Top service, all drinks. The little salad tasted good. Great also the refrigerator.

Beautiful crisp ambience with very friendly staff. Food, we had bread with ham and Mettwurst, was very tasty. We'll come back.
