Dunkin' - Delaware Water Gap

Ordered inside at the kiosk. Purchased 2 coffees, 2 ham and Swiss croissants and hash browns. It took 10+ minutes to get our coffees and over 30 minutes to get our food. The croissants were burnt and I had maybe 5 cold hash browns in the bowl. No utensils were given with our food and there was no sugar available in the dining area for our coffees. The employees wouldn’t even look in our direction when we were waiting at the counter.

This location is notorious for adding extra charges for the silliest stuff and it clearly gives employees a power trip because of it. Who knew that asking for less ice is a charge $1.10 charge? Yikes. This location is extremely laughable.The franchise owner, Dawn, didn't address the lack of customer service but she tried to gaslight me in saying the charges have *always* been a thing. Avoid this location like the plague. Clearly the owner, Dawn, doesn't care about customer service. She's just enjoying the money these silly charges are bringing lol

The person at the counter on Saturday morning needs to listen better I placed an order and it was not correct then I was told I didn't order what I had

Just had the worst experience I 've ever had. Ordered a large iced chai with oat milk. The guy asked me a latte ? Chai means tea. With milk means late. Right?When I get my drink it not only tastes like coffee but also cow. Then a girl comes from the back when I ask the guy who gave it to me about it. so I tell her it 's supposed to be a chai with oat milk. So she goes to make me the right drink. She pours the oat milk and then goes in the back. I can see her looking for something. She then comes back and bangs the last of the chai syrup out of the bottle on the counter. It never occurred to me that she was going to hand me basically a cup of iced oat milk. Unbelievable. I knew I should have either gone to a cafe or Wawa but this was on my path of travel. Never again.

Absolutely horrific service..almost everything was sold out by 5 PM when I visited the store. The server was not interested at all in serving us. Responded to everything we asked with rolling eyes. He also meowed and made weird sounds while we checked out the menu. He should have just shut the store if he didn’t want to serve.. Do not recommend visiting this store unless you want to experience this servers arrogance
