Domino's Pizza - Delavan

We placed an order the pizza came and was dry like it had been sitting in a box for three days, lukewarm. We ordered extra cheese, and there was hardly any cheese on it. Our tater tots were burnt the delivery driver tried to overcharge me and when we called the store manager, she literally did not care, the store has gone so far downhill we will not order from here anymore. Very sad.

Today I ordered an 8-inch pizza and unfortunately it was overcooked, resulting in the outside inch being burnt all around. The entire pizza was overdone.

Terrible customer service and so rude on the phone. almost a 2 hour wait for pizza and no one contacted me about it being over hour wait, the person was so rude on the phone and i said “no need to be rude” and he just hung up the phone. not acceptable and actually quite rude. not happy.

I am always very pleased with this Domino’s location. They always get the food right. It’s delivered hot, delicious and speedy. Their drivers are also amazing everytime. This time we had a driver named David and if I’m not mistaken, he was our driver about two weeks ago when we ordered delivery. He is always very pleasant so I try to make sure he’s tipped well everytime. All in all I am never ever disappointed in the workers performances at this location and I highly recommend.
