Mcdonald's - Delano

I have traveled all over the US and abroad. Why do McDs in Delano California cost twice as much the meat patty is smaller and the servers act like they are so underpaid. No disrespect, but ringing up Burger is not a career.

THEY SUCK THEY HUNG UP WHEN I WAS TRYING TO ASK A QUESTION

This particular store is more of a hit or miss. Every now and then, its great. They give you everything that you paid for and provide great service. However, this time they missed. I ordered 4 big breakfasts through the mobile app and only received two of them. Granted, we picked it up a little late and didn 't notice the missing items until we got home. After calling back the store, we were told they couldn 't find the order, and that they could either replace the missing meals with items from their lunch menu (Breakfast just ended) or come back for the food another day. They didn 't offer a refund. When we got back to the store, the employees were pretty much ignoring the front counter in general. There weren 't many people in the drive thru and two employees were just kind of standing around laughing and looking at their schedule. It took them a couple minutes before they finally helped us out and gave us a refund.

Cashier ? person that came to the pick-up window no hair control..French fries fresh and hot..cheeseburger could have been warmer..

No ice cream. No breakfast after 10:30 AM ? the only reasons I ever go to Mc Donald's
