I’m really impressed with how much this place has improved compared to before. Everything was well-stocked, and the sandwiches were prepared quickly. One of the employees was very friendly, while the other was somewhat rude. Also, the Italian herb and cheese bread was a bit overcooked. Overall, I had takeout for dinner.

I had a meatball sub, and it was really good! The service was efficient for takeout. For lunch, I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere 4 out of 5 as well.

I have to confess that I was initially reluctant to visit this restaurant due to some unfavorable reviews and its location. However, my experience was truly delightful! BJ, one of the staff members, was exceptionally friendly and prepared some fantastic submarine sandwiches. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area craving a tasty sub. Tonight, I had an unpleasant experience with a rude lady in front of me. However, the sandwich maker handled the situation with poise and didn't seem bothered at all by her behavior. When it was my turn, he treated me with kindness and was incredibly helpful, as if nothing had happened. Thanks to him, I left feeling happy again!

I have had a frustrating experience with the assistant manager during my visits, but today was particularly bad. Her rudeness made me reconsider whether I want to order from here again. The food she prepares is made quickly, but it seems like she doesn't care about the customers at all. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3, the service as a 1, and the atmosphere also as a 1.
