Starbucks - DELAFIELD

A great place to drink a coffee. We really like this location. The only problem is that last time that we came here, one of the employees started sweeping the floor and even under the chairs that we were sitting at 6:30pm when their closing time was at 8:00pm... That made us feel very uncomfortable.

This morning I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. A woman with blonde hair, big eyes and a thick body attended to me; Since she didn't understand what she was ordering, she rolled her eyes and motioned to another woman with red hair, (both are at the counter) both women had a hostile, unfriendly attitude, bad service and the worst of all is that BOTH WERE RACIST. I am Latina and perhaps my English is not good, but discrimination goes beyond a simple understanding of the language. I was watching the way the blonde woman prepared the order and she was very upset. I am a frequent customer at this food chain and they have never given me such bad, bad service. Hopefully the manager can see the points to improve in terms of Customer Service! Here I leave the receipt of my purchase.
