My noodles were very dry, and the steak was overcooked. I've had this meal many times before, and it's usually fantastic, but this time it really missed the mark.

The wait time was ridiculously long, and while there seemed to be enough staff, the service was chaotic. What used to be a great experience is now just a distant memory. The food was lukewarm, lacked essential flavors, and overall didn’t justify the price. I think the next time we consider Noodles and Company, we’ll likely choose to skip it. Definitely.

The menu now features large low-carb dishes that are a must-try—absolutely excellent!

Great service, quiet atmosphere, excellent food for noodle lovers also the Mexican street corn salad w/ grilled chicken is delicious!

Placed an order through app. Door dash (which noodles uses) showed up to pick up order. Order was not there, employees admitted they had made it but couldn?t find it. We called store, politely asked what our options are. We?re told we could place another order and take it up with door dash for a refund. Are you kidding me? Why couldn?t you just make another order? Why wouldn?t you try to make it right. Terrible service, period!!!!!!
