Adelaide At L'auberge - DEL MAR

If you're a fan of crab, you should definitely sample the Crab Tostada appetizer and the Cheesecake for dessert. We can't wait to return!

I typically love L’Auberge for brunch and have brought many out-of-town guests to this spot in Del Mar. I will continue to visit for breakfast and brunch, but we chose to have lunch on this occasion and were disappointed with the quality of the salads.

Excellent food and outstanding service! I highly recommend the chicken and scallops.

Food was great, service was terrific and view was incredible. Lovely place for lunch or brunch.

Christmas brunch was pricy and not worthy. My reservation was 30 minutes before the closing time range. Our table was lovely with an ocean view. Our server TJ was attentive. The sea food station and sea food chowder were delicious. They ran out of the lamb at the carving station and only had roast beef. They apologized, but no discounted pricing. We were told the pasta was freshly made pasta but both the mac and cheese and rigatoni were dry and uneventful. The salads and desserts were just okay. The buffet serving tablecloths were soiled with perviously dropped food and needed a refresh. In summary, the Christmas meal was a disappointment.
