Pizza Land - Del City

This place is horrible. My girlfriend texted me at work and told me she was going to get dinner from this joke of a place. Never had food from there so we decided to try. She places her order at 4:30 yesterday afternoon. She waited an hour and a half and nothing arrived when they promised it would take 45 minutes. I have my kids at home hungry waiting to eat. She calls them back and they say that the driver should be there anytime. So she waits another 30 minutes. Nothing yet kids are starting to get upset. Calls them back and the manager says he will call the driver. She waits then calls him back and he says the driver had to run a personal errand. Really dude? What kind of work ethic is that? So she waits another hour. By this point she made the kids food from home. Calls back and the manager keeps saying the driver will be there any minute. 30 minutes later he arrives with cold nasty food. We called the manager and refused to pay. The only right thing they did was accept our refusal. My girlfriend takes the food and slams the door in the drivers face. Stay away from this place. Worst customer service ever. Judging from the other bad reviews this place needs to re train and revamp its customer service or shut down. The customer is always right and doing them wrong is an easy way to get your place shut down.

In the past we have had great food, but this evening we ordered the seafood Alfredo. It was cold and runny, had less than half the previous amount of pasta. They also forgot my son's drink. The delivery drive said he would be right back. Never showed. When i called to find out why or where he was I expressed my dislikes to the employee that answered the phone and he hung up on me. I wasnt even being rude to him. I immediately called back and they never answered the phone. That was rude and unprofessional.
