Has cancelled your order and then try to call the store and get hung up repeatedly!!!!!!!!! Then we press the buttons to try to place new order and get connected to a call center that cannot help with anything!!! Ridiculous we have guests and this is very unprofessional and inappropriate!!! Will not be giving them our business ever again!!!!!! Unless you pick up from the store it is a guessing game and just awful!
STOP USING DOORDASH! Service is always terrible when DD is driving! I would much rather your actual drivers deliver. They are prompt and kind. I’m done ordering delivery if DD will be used because they’re always late and rude. Food ends up cold. Horrible.
