Whataburger - Defuniak Springs

I ordered a jalapeño burger with the whole garden cheese mustard, ketchup, and mayo, as I do every time. They have a new crew that's better than ever! My burger was hot and precisely what I ordered. My fries were perfect, with a good amount of salt.Jessica was our server. She was skilled and courteous. The restaurant was clean. The parking lot was clean except for some rudepeople throwing out the trash and missing the can. I'm happy with my experience this time. Way to go! Keep up the great work,guys.

Thank you Whataburger in DeFuniak Springs, FL for showing love. Sometimes I'll have a taste for chicken tenders honey, and it always seems to be after every store and restaurant in town has closed; except Whataburger. So I find myself driving down US Hwy331 South to Whataburger for chicken tenders honey. (There have been 1 or 2 occasions where I was the only car on the road.Sort of an uneasy feeling being the only car stopped at a red light on the most traveled road connecting North South WaltonCounty. But hey I've got my big girl britches on and my doors are locked. Besides I know there is at least 1 county or citypolice officer patrolling idle or mobile so I'm good. Pulling into Whataburger to satisfy my heart's desire ahmm excuse me, mytaste buds rather, I go in, order a No. 13 and pay for my meal. Usually at this time there is a sweet, very dedicated employeewho always serves the best french fries. I have yet to catch her name but she has an incredible way of making those fries stayhot and fresh through the ride home. What I appreciate and love is she remembers just how I would like my order when I come;fresh fries with no salt and chicken tenders that have been up already sitting in a warmer. (I do enjoy freshly cooked chickennow don't get me wrong but it's already past my bed time so I'll gladly take tenders that I can bite right into without scaldingmy palate and having to wait ten extra mins to eat. This young lady sets great standards for how food service employees oughtto serve customers. She is also the reason I don't allow the adult in me to talk myself out of chicken tenders honey atmidnight. I will be sure to ask her her name on my next visit and tell her again I appreciate the kindness and love she shares.(Literally this time

The food is great and reasonably priced, considering the current financial situation. I would like to see them speed up their order processing. Perhaps they would do well to hire an efficiency expert to help them serve their food more expeditiously. Itwould be fantastic if Whataburger would open a restaurant in Dothan, AL, so we don't have to wait until we're at the DefuniakSprings, FL exit off of I-10 to enjoy their food.

Second experience with this establishment, the food was good, but they were out of coke. It was messy to eat in the car. The trash bins outside the restaurant were overflowing with trash. The burgers were delicious and hot. For the time we waited forour food the fries could have been hotter. The burgers were huge and filling, recommend them to everyone who craves a burger.

Not a fan of fast-food but Whataburger is my favorite fast-food place by far. This location has to be the busiest location in country but they are good with managing the flow of customers! Great job by the 1 young lady that was getting the line takencare of in a quick accurate manner!! Not sure her name or if she was even the manager but she definitely needs to be! GREATJOB! ????
