The chicken pieces on the salad were so dry you couldn't even eat it.The taco salad sauces was sour and the lettuce on the had gone bad. The ranch smelt disgusting and tasted worse??. The sandwiches were cold and charged full price for them even though we had a coupon. I took forever to get our order placed like 20 minutes and forever to get our meal. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE!!
Went to Wendy’s around 3:15pm an 4/5/2024. Got the best food and fountain drink I’ve had in a long time! The service was amazing and timely. All together an awesome team.
Went there tonight and are sandwiches was raw this place has not changed I quit going there..2 years later try it again and it is worse they need to get people in there that know how to cook
Got my sandwiches wrong like always.I feel like they care nothing about customer service. Not very professional managers either. Oh well I just won't go to Defiance location.So sad I love Wendy's.
