Marco's Pizza - Defiance

I always place my order online and pick it up. The thin and crispy crust is delicious, and the Italian sausage is top-notch. The food and service are always excellent.

This is the best pizza in the city, however, the coupons they send out hardly ever work and when you call for help, they are unable to assist. The employee said there was an issue with one of my coupons, so I followed his instructions, but it still didn't work. They attempted to use another coupon from the same sheet, but that didn't work either. I eat here frequently, but this experience has left me speechless because it is simply ridiculous.

This restaurant used to be good and able to accommodate special orders. However, like many places, it has declined in quality. I don't understand why their response to a mistake in an order is to have the customer come in to get a new item or simply saying they cannot help. I don't think I should have to drive 30 minutes round trip for their mistake. If I have to give things away because they can't do quality work anymore, then why don't they? This is just bad customer service.

Of all the pizza in Defiance that I have tried so far, this is the only one not to make me quit eating after 2 slices. Ate a Ham and Pineapple pizza and actually ate much of it before becoming full. Have not done that since leaving progressive Lucas County, which didn't have much decent pizza either.

Great pizza. Our family always gets it when we're in the area!
