Fired Stone Tavern - Defiance

I had the Big Tex Deep Dish pizza and all I can say is? WOW! I?ve lived not far from this place and never been here! I definitely will be going again. There are onion rings, brisket, jalapeños, and BBQ sauce. Not to mention, the brisket was so juicy and tender. Probably one of my favorite pizzas of all time. The margaritas were okay, but for the price they aren?t bad! We didn?t wait long for our food even though it seemed busy. Our waitress did a great job as well l, especially with all of the tables she had on the patio including us. Highly recommend this place!

Second time here every time that we've came we've had to wait but well worth the waiting time very busy place funky cool atmosphere wonderful menu selection and drink selection. Highly recommend the smoked chicken wings tried the pizza for the first time definitely delicious and well made! Overall highly recommend this restaurant establishment. ????????

Service was excellent, vibes on point and food delicious. Will definitely come back to try more things off the menu. Our favorite thing was the raspberry cheesecake.

Fast and excellent service, great food, reasonable prices. I knew it was good when we arrived before the dinner rush and parking was limited. Try the stone fired pizza, and the poutine!

This is our fourth time here, first time sitting indoors. The burgers are good and the sweet potato fries are great. Good selection of local and localish beers. Carrie was great too, would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
