Well here you go management from the store you recommended me to go on google to leave a negative comment, I've had no other choice due to lack of response. Thanks for totally offering stale cold food . Thankyou for not chasing up my complaint and replacing the food . Lack of service lack of communication. This is by far the worst experience I've had dealing with fast food , and yes thanks for leaving a generic response to my review. I have left feedback and no response. Nothing nice about this red rooster. You can complain about the soggy chips and the order until the cows come home and they won't do anything about it. They will even lie to your face that the chips are fresh! Which they weren't! Such a waste of space! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Even management don't care about this place! The food is fine but the staff move at a glacial pace and quite obviously don’t want to be there.

Despite there being 0 customers in the store, whom ever served me decided to give me a 2 hour old rooster roll instead of taking the time to make a fresh one. Stop employing lazy workers

Cant belive this place was opened 2330hr’s, others then the mcdonald’s on the street and a few shady pizza joints, I was happy to find this place open. not only was it open, but it was not busy and there was no waiting time. all menu items available, cooked and made fresh. what a relief that is, could get a late night food (that is actually real food)
