Store hats are always busy running to cook, pack and serve, but never fails to smile. I like that they are with the customers kuya and/or ate, feeling that I am back in manila. They are not perfect, but they do their best. I would like to share my little incident, and how it went. back in sept, I bought 4 bowls of fried food with them (fried, klumpiang shanghai, fischfilet) for my teenage party. at the time both friteurs broke off and it took a long time to complete my orders. chen was very apologetic and updated me from time to time during my long waiting period and at the end gave me 3 small bowls kakanin as token. I was a little disappointed, but more of the situation, I know that panning happened, and it was out of their control. but they have fulfilled their service, they were finally delivered. it has probably delayed our party an hour, but it could have been a catastrophe if no food was served at all. keep it up.

One of the better filipino restaurants in melbourne. our visit to the western suburb. lately, however, the taste was hit and missed. as for example dinuguan we get in the regular every visit a large container when we ordered some weeks ago a catering tablet, it was too sour. and earlier today, her ginataan has too much “sago” that they can no longer taste the cocospy cream. the same goes with the sisig, too much calamansi, but on our previous orders it has no, that is why the children and the woman loves it, as it is very similar Gerry’s grill sisig back in manila. calamansi can be given separately, as not everyone likes it in their food and the Klumpiang saariwa, they use smooth erdnus butter that looks so we can say the difference, as this was our stack withdrawal with 3-4 more schirr in each visit. the inconsistencies can have caused by various cooks with different cooking styles (and also taste), I think the administration should set a standard of quality control of any kind in any court. you lechon, pancit canton/sotanghon mix and crispy fried boneless bangus are amazing and the personal was always polite and friendly.
