Sandbar Dee Why

The staff were very accomodating and the food was very nice. Caesar salad with grilled prawns was delicious. They even made sure my dogs were looked after. Would recommend.

Lovely cafe/restaurant at Dee Why Beach on Sydney's northern beaches. Right opposite the beach, it makes a very relaxing and ambient place to eat. The food is great and friendly staff.

I come here with hubby and child often and they do a great breakfast. Excellent coffee and can't complain about the portions.On this occasion a girlfriend had booked it for lunch for 4 girls. We sat by the balcony and although it was chilly and sunny blankets were made available.The lunch and dinner menu was available - there was so much choice, and everything was delicious. The service was excellent - the meals didn't take long to arrive. we weren't rushed to order or to leave. We didn't think we would do the dessert - but the churros was perfect to share for 4.. The view, the service, the value for money is faultless. Hard to beat this little gem on a beach stretch full of restaurants.

This is one of our regular haunts - a local fav of ours. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner you will always get a great meal. Service can vary on the day and staff on, but the food is always what you come to expect. Burgers, salads and the espatada are favourites. Great kids menu choices also. Looking forward to trying sme of the new winter menu items soon.

We had a delicious lunch of Mediterranean chicken salad. Our children were made to feel very special with tailor made desserts! Coffee was great too.
