They serving takeaway as well.Battered, crumbed, or grilled, the choice is yours, also, the big variety of salads from you can pick up one for your liking. There is always a special, a freshly grilled fish with chips and salad for $12,90. Pizza, chicken burger, and Angus beef burger are also available. We chose grilled fish and Greek salad with Greek salad dressing. For me, the fish and chips both were too much. They don't serve you at the table, you have to pick up your food from the counter when it's ready. The food was good, the service all right, but they didn't break their legs and arms to please you. Dee Why Seafoods is more expensive than Costi's Famous Fish Cafe in Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre, but they serve a bit better quality fish and bigger choices of salads.Worth to visit either for a simple fish and chips, or maybe a more expensive family combo for a perfect seafood lunch.

This place appears to have been around just no reviews. Its basically a fish and chips shop but offers tables as well as takeaway. No alcohol but you can BYO wine. The prices are nearly double the nearby Di Costi competitor but the serving size is nearly double also they offer 12 kinds of salads you can choose from. We chose the lunch special which appeared to be whiting rather than shark flake which is the traditional standard (or maybe was). The fish tasted good as did the salad. They salt both fish and chips but you can add your own from shakers or packets. The lunch special was $12.80 but if you want the seafood special which sounds more like a multi-course dinner it costs $25. In addition to the variety of salads they have at least six different kinds of fish. We found the meals very good and at twice the price they give you at least twice as much as Di Costi so if you are hungry try this one.

The grilled fish was perfectly cooked and lightly seasoned, a great option for those who prefer non-battered fish. The chips were also delicious, although deep-fried and not the healthiest choice. The Caesar salad was tasty, but I found it to have an excessive amount of cheese. Overall, the Dee Why special is a reasonably priced meal for lunch or dinner, and I highly recommend trying the grilled fish.
