The Halfway Cafe - Dedham

The service was slow. It took at least 15 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. We ended up ordering both drinks and dinner at the same time. The food was excellent. Although, we only got the mac and cheese plain. I would definitely go again, but allow enough time in case the service is slow again.

Love this local hang out. Free popcorn, cold beer, what more could you want? There's keno in the bar, and live music some nights. The food is also pretty darn great and there's often good deals like $2 tacos.

Had an awesome lunch here with a friend. We both got the turkey club with the homemade French fries and they were delicious and large portioned. Our server Laurel, was very attentive, funny and pleasant. The space itself was a typical townie style restaurant/bar and was nice inside (they also have a small outside patio for drinks). Overall this a great spot for lunch or dinner if you’re in the area!

Old style pub atmosphere with the modern trimmings. Varied menu from succulent wings to memorable burgers. Fresh varied beer selection. A great place to stop with the family or swing in for a sports night.

I'm completely shocked by how good this place it as I never expected it. The portions are generous and the food is tasty. We've only had their burgers, wings, and apps but they exceeded our expectations even on such simple fare. We'll definitely be going back.
