Pizza Hut - Decorah

I visited the restaurant after attending the Holiday Lights event nearby, and I expected them to be better prepared given the occasion. However, there was only one server working, and when we arrived, she was engaged in a conversation with someone in the back instead of welcoming us. The phone was ringing constantly. To our surprise, she then turned away other customers, explaining that one of the cooks was leaving for the night. The breadsticks we received were stale, and all of our food arrived at the same time. Other tables were left waiting for their drink orders to be taken. Our server didn’t return to check on us or provide the check, so we eventually went to the register, where we found about four staff members just standing around—one of whom seemed to be handling the phone that rang the entire time we were dining. I definitely won't return on nights when there are events happening in town.

We stopped by while returning home from vacation. We no longer have a Pizza Hut in our area, so getting to dine in at the one in Decorah was a real treat. The staff was fantastic, and the food was incredible! Keep up the excellent work!

Wow, the manager here is truly phenomenal! She is definitely the best manager I've ever encountered. When there was a slight miscommunication, she clarified everything, offered a discount, and went well above and beyond to make things right. I mentioned that I would give her 7 stars, but I believe 10 is more appropriate!

Best Pizza Hut pan pizza I've had in a long time. They nailed it.
