Beautiful place if you want to spend a few days in the mountain. clean rooms, courtesy and friendly staff, nice eating and large spa center.

Cozy place with good restaurant, out of town centre

Its pretty nice hotel and well worth the spa. Breakfast and restaurant food are pretty limited and average quality. It's not a 4star hotel

Great hotel. everything is clean clean. no dust. wonderful staff. very friendly and helpful. very good terrace. eating is great. it is very well cooked and stays hot for a long time. the spa deserves 6 stars. beautiful design and good facilities. parking and wlan are very appreciated. next time we try the wine cellar.

It's expensive. yes, but it's very nice. very clean and very good service. good spa and good restaurant. visit in Spain and almost throughout Europe, this is a good hotel in česka republika. all 2 weeks I visit the Czechs and I could tell myself it is the great hotel ústecký kraj.
