The way they treat their employees is terrible, which is likely why they can't keep cashiers. I frequently visit this gas station because I work nearby and enjoy their delicious lunches. On one occasion, I witnessed the manager knocking on the bathroom door and rushing to reprimand an employee because they were busy. Another time, while getting a fountain drink, I overheard the manager telling an employee to stay busy even when things were slow. The employee asked if they could eat, mentioning that they rarely get a break or lunch. I'm not sure what kind of expectations they have for their staff, but this seems to be against labor laws. I wouldn't stand for this treatment of employees and would consider reporting it to the labor board. My heart goes out to the employees. Despite this, the deli food is actually quite good.
