As our meal came to an end, things took a turn for the dramatic. We decided to tip the attentive server who had helped us instead of the one with the bad attitude. On the bill, we left a $0 tip for the rude server because we felt it was warranted after the service we received. This caught the attention of the owner, who called us back in to discuss the tip. He insisted that parties of six or more are required to give a tip of at least $21. We explained that we had tipped the other server instead. To our shock, he asked us how much we tipped her. Then, the rude server interrupted our conversation with the owner, stating that he hadn't received anything. Honestly, who in their right mind would give a $21 tip to a server who provided such awful service? Eventually, we convinced the owner to let us leave, but we decided we would never return to this restaurant again.
