Contribuiți la feedbackI was there during FOOTBALL season, as you know everwhere was crowded. I heard of J.R Crickets from some friends. I thought what could it hurt to try it out. We couldn't find a place that was not already a 2 hour wait. We got there it was still crowded but the Southern Hospitality was awesome. The food was amazing. If you are ever in the ATL you gotta stop and get yourself a bite!!!!
Me and my husband love the original Jr crickets and we went to this location and the food was absolutely delicious! It was better than the original to both of us and the wings were smaller and the fries were so good. We wanted something that was closer to us and this is just the spot we needed. The service was great as well thinking about going back today lol.
If you are interested in Crickets then you already know it's tasty. What you may not know is that location matters. Of the ones I have tried, I'd choose this location before dark. Area is descent and crowd seemed subdued. Inside looks like a club spot but the food comes fast and correct. Definitely a go to spot for us but again. Location matters. #Pkast
I walked inside this establishment today 4/29. A woman working the take out counter that Ive never seen decided to have the worst attitude ever. Basically you all lost 50 dollars because this woman had the worst customer service. I walked out the establishment because she basically told me i can take the food how it comes or i can leave. She didn't care to hear a customer out. I run my own business and i would not have a woman like this working my front counter. She doesn't care for this place or it's customers. It's usually a man with glasses working here that has a great attitude. I wont spend a dime here ever again if i see that lady. Fire her ASAP!!!! All I asked for was small wings. I would've paid extra. Ive been to this location multiple times and the other guys helps me out with no problem.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I purchased the shrimp platter and the shrimp had the vein still in tack and I was disgusted! I called to the store and spoke with the GM/Owner his words who told me that this was a quality issue at the fault of his distributor and he told me he would be happy to reach out to them on my behalf?!?! At first I thought he was joking but he was serious! I then asked you don't inspect your food before you cook it and he said NO, again I was thinking he can't be serious so I asked again so you're telling me you don't check the quality of your food you're cooking before you prepare and serve it he again said no, his exact words were the deforst it and fry it in large batches! I said that a health hazard! He then proceeded to tell me he was not at fault and he would follow up with the distributors! I said wow this is crazy! He said one time he served someone coleslaw that had GLASS IN IT and he had to get on his distributor! He did ask after I prompted him of his response what he could do and I told him take accountability for the food being served at your restaurant!
