The chef was born in Tokyo and as soon as I walked in that 's where I felt I was! 5 starts from the ambience, our lovely waiter teasing my parents for giving up on their chopsticks, all the way to the taste! Now this, this is something ATL can be proud of ladies and gentleman Can 't wait to make my way to Tokyo!!! Thank you Hiro Ramen and Tomoyuki Miura : As for the food.. The fish filet appetizer was unlike anything I have had before.. It was fresh fish wrapped in a delicious tofu breading that was fried. Yum! The wonton ramen with chicken broth was very straightforward, not a lot added- I 'm a less is more guy so I adored this but my mom who is a small town country gal born in 60s rural Georgia did not. Lol. I advise the more-flavor seekers to go for the ever so traditional pork both ramen dishes. My loved ones and I will definitely be back soon :
Sooooooo freaking good!!!!! First time here with and hour and a half before closing. My partner and I were welcomed warmly by the staff. everything I tried was very delicious from the perfectly made Thai milk tea to the gyoza down to my rice bowl. They even have build your own Ramen which my partner enjoyed immensely. I had a few sips of the broth and was blown away by the complexity of the flavors. We were lucky enough to chat with the chef and the owner at the end of our meal. The owner informed us that the ramen broth is cooked for 12 hours! I definitely plan on trying the ramen next time and becoming a regular here.
Hubby and I love ramen so we're trying all the spots we can around the city. This spot is in a small plaza that's next door to one of my reliable favorite brunch spots, Ms. Icy's. The inside is very cute, the ambience was set appropriately. We ordered sake, gyoza and of course, ramen. The spicy chicken ramen at that. The sake was different but very tasty! We were able to take the glass home. The gyoza, smashed. The ramen was decent, not the best I've had. It didn't taste as flavorful as ramen I'm used to but it gets the job done. The customer service was decent too! Our waitress was super nice and gave some helpful recommendations. We'd visit again!
This restaurant appears to be closed, awaiting new management. It is not open. Reviews looked great, but I never actually ate here. The 1 star is purely because I had to pick a rating. Hopefully it reopens soon!
From the wonderful greeting to the patience shown by the cashier being our first-time!! This establishment was amazing!!! Clean, quick and oh so DELICIOUS!! We ordered to-go and couldn't wait to dive in. My daughter is a huge noodle girl. She ordered the spicy chicken ramen!! Love how even though it was to-go we were supplied with a beautiful disposable bowl and proper dinnerware. The details!! We also ordered the spicy fried shrimp, and shrimp and chicken wontons!!! Totally recommend!! Look forward to exploring more menu options!!
